Brigade’s BuzzWorks Expands to Mysuru with 500+ Seat Facility

BuzzWorks, the managed office and co-working arm of Brigade Group, has expanded its footprint into Mysuru with the launch of a 1.3 lakh sq. ft. Grade-A managed workspace at Brigade Vantage on Vinoba Road.

The new facility offers over 500 seats and is designed to cater to the rising demand for premium managed office solutions from global capability centres (GCCs), startups, and enterprise clients in tier-II cities. According to the company, Brigade Vantage integrates enterprise-grade infrastructure with design elements inspired by Mysuru’s cultural heritage, creating a workspace that balances local identity with contemporary functionality and modern workplace amenities.

Siddharth Verma, Business Head at BuzzWorks, noted the strong growth potential in tier-II markets, as organisations increasingly look beyond metropolitan hubs for expansion. He highlighted that businesses now expect the same level of infrastructure quality, compliance, and workplace experience in smaller cities as they do in established office markets such as Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

BuzzWorks has also outlined plans for further expansion across Bengaluru and Chennai as part of its FY27 growth strategy.
