Brigade's Begumpet Blitz: ₹800 Cr. Residential Project Secured

Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) with a landowner to launch a premium residential project in Begumpet, one of Hyderabad’s most well-connected and established neighbourhoods.

Spread across three acres, the project offers a development potential of approximately 0.5 million sq. ft. and is expected to generate revenues of over ₹800 crore. Planned as a contemporary residential community, it will feature thoughtfully designed homes tailored to the needs of modern urban families. Its strategic location provides seamless access to major business hubs, social infrastructure, and key transport corridors, aligning with Brigade’s focus on delivering well-located urban living spaces.

Executive Director Amar Mysore stated, “Hyderabad continues to be a core growth market for Brigade, and we are strengthening our presence with a premium residential development in Begumpet.” The new project further expands Brigade’s footprint in the city and adds to Hyderabad’s evolving residential landscape.
