BPTP: Luxury Ground Broken on Dwarka Expressway.

BPTP, one of North India’s leading real estate developers, has officially broken ground on its luxury residential projects GAIA Residences and Amstoria Verti Greens at a ceremony held at the project site in Sector 102, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.

The event marks a significant milestone in BPTP’s mission to redefine upscale living in the National Capital Region. Spanning 12.05 acres, the development will feature over 1.75 lakh sq. ft. of amenity spaces and 24 sky gardens, offering residents tranquil green retreats and sweeping city views. Designed with an iconic glass-and-metal façade, the project will comprise eight towers and is set to become the first residential landmark along the Dwarka Expressway.

The groundbreaking ceremony, conducted with a traditional Vedic ritual, was attended by BPTP’s partners, customers, and stakeholders, marking the beginning of a new chapter in luxury urban living.
