In a significant push toward infrastructure and regional development, Bihar Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation for 668 projects across the state, with a cumulative investment of ₹1,826.65 crore.
According to a statement from the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), the initiative includes:
Inauguration of 237 completed projects worth ₹197.36 crore, Foundation laying for 114 new projects valued at ₹586.67 crore, Announcement of six additional projects amounting to ₹414.83 crore, During his visit to Valmikinagar, the Chief Minister also inspected the ongoing development of the Lavkush Eco Tourism Park, highlighting the state's focus on eco-tourism and sustainable infrastructure.
Later, in Semra (East Champaran), he launched 311 more projects totaling ₹627.79 crore, including:
Inauguration of 294 projects worth ₹145.30 crore, Foundation laying for 17 projects valued at ₹482.88 crore
The high-profile event was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, Ministers Vijay Kumar Chaudhary and Sunil Kumar, JD(U) leader Sanjay Kumar Jha, and senior district officials.
These initiatives underscore the state government’s ongoing efforts to accelerate infrastructure development, improve civic amenities, and stimulate economic growth across both urban and rural areas of Bihar.
