Big Moves in Bengaluru: IHCL Signs Gateway Hennur

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, has announced the signing of a new Gateway hotel in Hennur, Bengaluru.

The greenfield project marks IHCL’s expansion into north Bengaluru, a rapidly developing region driven by growth in the technology, aerospace, and education sectors. The upcoming Gateway Hennur will feature 350 rooms and a range of dining options, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a bar, and a lounge. The hotel will also offer more than 16,000 square feet of banqueting and event space, complemented by modern, well-equipped meeting rooms.

Wellness and leisure facilities at the property will include a gym, health club, swimming pool, and treatment rooms. Strategically located near major IT hubs and the airport, the hotel is expected to cater to both business and leisure travelers.

With this addition, IHCL’s portfolio in Bengaluru will expand to 20 hotels, with another 11 properties currently under development.
