Bid Alert: Sambhal Integrated District Headquarters PMC

The Planning Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, has invited bids for project management consultancy (PMC) services for the construction of non-residential buildings within an integrated district headquarters at Sambhal.

The project will be executed under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode and encompasses a comprehensive scope of work, including architectural design, consultancy services, construction supervision, and management of the defect liability period. The construction phase is scheduled for completion within 18 months, followed by a defect liability period (DLP) of 36 months.

The appointed PMC consultant will be responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of the project, with a strong emphasis on meeting long-term functional and infrastructure requirements of the state. The deadline for submission of bids is 20 January 2026.
