Back on Track: NBCC Set to Revive 16 Stalled Supertech Projects

After years of delays, relief is finally on the horizon for nearly 14,000 Supertech homebuyers. Following key interventions by the Supreme Court and NCLAT, a concrete roadmap has been laid out to revive 16 stalled real estate projects across the National Capital Region and other cities.

NBCC, the designated implementing agency, is rolling out phased tenders—kicking off with River Crest in Rudrapur—to award construction works. With an oversight committee monitoring progress and public sector banks assessing viability reports for institutional financing, the path to project completion is finally cleared.
