Avenue Supermarts Seals ₹99.27 Cr Real Estate Deal in Kolshet

Avenue Supermarts, the parent company of DMart, has finalized the purchase of a 70,298 sq. ft. commercial space in Kolshet, Thane, to fuel its retail expansion. Acquired from Regency Shelters and registered on June 30, 2026, the Rs 99.27 crore transaction spans four floors (ground through third) and includes dedicated basement parking for 46 cars and 47 two-wheelers. Avenue Supermarts incurred a stamp duty of Rs 6.94 crore for the deal. This move reinforces DMart's core strategy of owning physical real estate in high-density urban hubs to secure long-term, scalable growth.
