The Ascott Limited has announced the signing of a 120-unit Oakwood-branded serviced residence in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, through a strategic partnership with KBR Homes India.

The project is set to elevate Tirupati’s hospitality landscape by introducing premium, internationally benchmarked serviced living designed to serve both pilgrimage and business travellers in one of India’s fastest-growing spiritual and urban destinations. Centrally located in Tirupati, the property will feature 120 modern units along with upscale amenities, including all-day dining, the signature Oakbar, a swimming pool, and a fully equipped fitness centre.

Aligned with Oakwood’s global standards, the residence is designed to offer a refined, high-quality stay experience tailored to varied lifestyle and travel needs.

The project is being developed by KBR Homes India, a subsidiary of Bengaluru-based KBR Infratech, a company with over 30 years of expertise in commercial, residential, and institutional infrastructure development.
