ArisUnitern Revives Bodhii Tree Project, 80% Sold in 3 Months

Arisinfra Solutions has announced that its subsidiary, ArisUnitern RE Solutions, has significantly accelerated progress on the Bodhii Tree villa plot development by Vaishnavi Residences, located off the Bengaluru–Tirupati Highway (NH-75) in Neo Bengaluru.

Spanning 7 acres and 9 guntas, the RERA-approved project offers 109 premium East- and West-facing plots ranging from 1,200 to 3,500 sq. ft., along with a clubhouse and over 15 lifestyle amenities. Possession is scheduled for December 2025.

ArisUnitern was onboarded in April 2025 amid market slowdown and liquidity challenges. Taking on a comprehensive mandate—including branding, pre-sales, digital marketing, CRM, and capital arrangement—the company sold nearly 80% of allocated units within three months, reviving project momentum.

Leveraging Arisinfra’s construction supply network enabled uninterrupted material flow, accelerating build progress. “Our mandate extended beyond just selling plots,” said Navin Dhanuka, Director, ArisUnitern. Vaishnavi MD Navin Reddy praised their “single-window approach”, citing improved execution and delivery efficiency.
