Arihant Acquires Prime Chennai Land, Eyes ₹500 Cr. GDV

Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited has acquired two prime land parcels in Chennai’s Central Business District (CBD), with a combined gross development value (GDV) of ₹500 crore.

The first project, located near Boat Club, is planned as a premium office development designed to cater to high-end corporate tenants. The second project, situated in Kilpauk, will feature luxury residential apartments showcasing contemporary architecture and world-class amenities.

These strategic acquisitions reinforce Arihant’s focus on expanding its footprint in Chennai’s premium real estate segment, blending design excellence with superior connectivity.
