Apeejay's Zone by The Park to Sparkle in Indore's Film City

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels (ASPHL) has signed a hotel management agreement with RR Jain Infra to launch a new property in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, under its upscale social lifestyle brand, Zone by The Park.

The 117-key hotel will be part of Alankrit Film City, a pioneering integrated film, cultural, and entertainment hub in the region. Located just 30 minutes from Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport, the hotel is designed to offer a modern hospitality experience with a strong design focus, catering to both business and leisure travellers.

Key amenities will include Bazaar, an all-day dining restaurant; Z Bar; Vitalia Spa; and Playa, a dedicated pool area. The hotel will also feature expansive indoor and outdoor banquet facilities ideal for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.

Set within the vibrant ecosystem of Alankrit Film City—which will house film sets, shooting locations, theme gardens, recreation zones, and a traditional wedding mandapam—the hotel is positioned to become a unique hospitality and entertainment destination in Central India.
