Anant Raj’s ₹20,000 Crore Digital Masterstroke in Haryana

Real estate developer Anant Raj has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Haryana to invest ₹20,000 crore in developing large-scale data centre infrastructure across the state. The investment aims to enhance Haryana's digital infrastructure ecosystem and meet the rising demand for data storage, cloud computing, and digital connectivity.

This commitment is in addition to Anant Raj's ongoing data centre expansion initiatives. The company currently operates 28 MW of IT load capacity across its campuses in Manesar and Panchkula and plans to scale up to 307 MW across Manesar, Panchkula, and Rai by FY2032.

The MoU was signed during the launch of the "Make in Haryana" policy and is expected to strengthen Haryana's position as a preferred destination for technology-driven investments, digital innovation, and next-generation infrastructure development.
