Ajmera Invests ₹7,000 Cr. in Wadala Mega-Development

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. has announced plans to invest Rs 7,000 crore in Mumbai’s Wadala locality to develop 2.3 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial space.

The company expects to unlock over Rs 12,000 crore in value from this land over the next four to five years. Key developments include the second phase of Ajmera Manhattan, valued at Rs 1,750 crore, and a boutique office project spanning six lakh sq. ft., worth Rs 1,800 crore.

Ajmera Realty is also foraying into the luxury housing segment with a 1.4 million sq. ft. project estimated at Rs 5,700 crore. The subsequent phases of Ajmera Manhattan, covering nine lakh sq. ft., are projected to add an additional Rs 3,200 crore in value.
