AESL and RSWM Forge 60 MW Green Energy Partnership

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd. (AESL) has entered into a partnership with RSWM Ltd., part of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, to supply 60 MW of renewable energy under a ₹60 crore investment initiative.

The collaboration will enable RSWM to source approximately 31.53 crore units of green power annually for its manufacturing facilities in Rajasthan, significantly enhancing its clean energy adoption. With this agreement, RSWM’s renewable energy share will rise from 33% to 70%, well above India’s national clean energy average of 31%. AESL will oversee the complete renewable power supply chain to meet RSWM’s additional energy requirements.

A leading exporter of fabrics and yarns, RSWM operates 12 manufacturing plants and continues to strengthen its sustainability and energy efficiency practices. This partnership marks a key milestone in RSWM’s journey toward responsible energy transition, while AESL advances its goal of expanding its commercial and industrial renewable portfolio to 7,000 MW within five years.
