AAI Taps KCC Buildcon as L1 Bidder for Bundi-Kota Airport Works

KCC Buildcon has been identified as the lowest bidder (L1) for the airside works at the upcoming greenfield airport in Bundi, Kota, Rajasthan.

The contract, issued by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), covers comprehensive design, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services. The scope includes earthworks, grading, and the construction of key airside infrastructure such as the runway, apron, taxiways, and isolation bay.

Additionally, the project involves civil and electrical works for NAV-AIDS facilities, the development of approach and perimeter roads, construction of operational and non-operational boundary walls, and the installation of the runway lighting system along with associated works.

With a completion timeline of 18 months, this project represents a significant advancement in enhancing regional air connectivity and infrastructure in Rajasthan.
