A Tangy New Addition: Lemon Tree Expands its UP Empire.

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new hotel in Najibabad, marking its 25th property in Uttar Pradesh. The company is recognised as one of India’s fastest-growing mid-scale and premium hotel chains.

Currently, Lemon Tree operates eight hotels in the state, with 17 more under development, including the Najibabad property, reflecting its continued expansion in one of India’s rapidly growing travel markets. The upcoming hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Located in Bijnor district, Najibabad serves as a gateway to prominent spiritual and leisure destinations such as Haridwar, Rishikesh, and Jim Corbett National Park. The town benefits from steady pilgrimage and wildlife tourism, supported by improving regional infrastructure, making it an attractive location for branded hospitality.

The hotel will be conveniently accessible, located 88 km from Jolly Grant Airport and about 8.6 km from Najibabad Junction railway station, catering to both business and leisure travellers. The property will offer 100 well-appointed rooms, along with a restaurant, banquet hall, conference facilities, and recreational amenities including a fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa.

Commenting on the development, Vilas Pawar, CEO – Managed & Franchise Business at Lemon Tree Hotels, said Najibabad’s strategic position at the intersection of spiritual, leisure, and transit travel makes it a valuable addition to the company’s portfolio. He added that the group remains focused on delivering comfortable, vibrant, and memorable guest experiences as it expands across Uttar Pradesh.

With this latest signing, Lemon Tree Hotels continues to strengthen its footprint in high-potential regional markets, extending its signature blend of warmth, value, and consistency to emerging destinations across India.
