Real estate platform RMZ has awarded a major ₹670.24 crore contract to Tata Projects Ltd for the main civil, structural, and architectural works of RMZ Infinity in Porur, Chennai. Designed to host leading Global Capability Centres (GCCs), the 16.4-acre business hub will feature four commercial towers offering 3.54 million sq ft of built-up space, adhering to top-tier LEED and WELL sustainability standards.
