Brigade Group has partnered with Primus Senior Living to develop three senior living communities across Bengaluru and other cities in South India.
The projects are estimated to have a combined gross development value of around ₹750 crore and will comprise more than 600 units, marking a significant expansion of Brigade’s senior living portfolio. Two of the three communities will be embedded within larger township developments, offering residents age-focused amenities such as wellness centres, medical bays, hobby lounges, and curated community engagement programmes.
The collaboration builds on Brigade Group’s earlier experience in the segment, particularly with Parkside at Brigade Orchards, which has been operational since 2017. The ticket size for the homes will range from ₹60 lakh to ₹3 crore. Units in Mumbai are expected to be priced between ₹1.5 crore and ₹3 crore, while homes in southern cities will range from ₹70 lakh to ₹1.5 crore.
Primus Senior Living also plans to invest over ₹2,200 crore over the next five years to develop five million square feet of senior living housing across India, underscoring growing demand for purpose-built communities catering to older adults.
