Shubhashish Goes Premium: A ₹5 Billion Leap into Jaipur Luxury

The House of Shubhashish has entered the luxury housing segment in Jaipur by signing a development agreement for a premium residential project in Malviya Nagar.

The project, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹5 billion, is scheduled for launch in the third quarter of the current financial year. This development marks the company’s formal foray into Jaipur’s high-end residential market, further expanding its presence across key urban centres.

The House of Shubhashish is part of JK Jajoo Ventures, which has a footprint in real estate markets such as Mumbai, Indore, and Jabalpur, along with managing operations at 17 airports across India.

Commenting on the development, Mohit Jajoo, Executive Director and CEO, noted that Malviya Nagar is rapidly emerging as a prominent urban hub in Jaipur, making it a strategic location for a premium residential offering.
