Serene Hyderabad: Rs. 400 Crore Senior Living Launch

Serene Communities, a part of Columbia Pacific, has entered Telangana through a Rs 400 crore partnership with Prathima Group to develop senior living projects in Hyderabad.

The first development, Serene BILVANI One in Shankarpally, features 265 RERA-approved residences designed with senior-friendly amenities. The project integrates wellness services and clinical oversight provided by KITES Senior Care, aiming to set new standards in senior housing.

This collaboration marks a significant step in expanding high-quality, accessible senior living options in India, catering to the growing demand for specialized elderly care communities.
