Primus Olympia: Bengaluru’s Newest ₹450 Cr Senior Landmark

Primus Senior Living has partnered with Gopalan Enterprises to develop “Primus Olympia,” a ₹450 crore senior living project in Bengaluru. Designed for individuals aged 55 and above, the development will comprise two residential towers offering 2BHK and 3BHK homes, with the capacity to accommodate over 300 senior families.

Located within the 16-acre Gopalan Olympia Sports City township in Kumbalgodu, South Bengaluru, off Mysore Road, the project is nearing completion and is expected to be ready for possession within six months. It benefits from strong connectivity, including proximity to Challaghatta Metro Station, along with access to key commercial and social infrastructure.

The project focuses on ready-to-move senior housing, addressing a key gap in India’s market where most developments face extended construction timelines. It aims to offer an experience-led, integrated living environment that promotes active ageing, independence, and community engagement.

Primus Senior Living, which has previously partnered with Brigade Group, is planning a broader expansion across India, targeting multiple cities with large-scale senior housing developments to meet the rising demand for specialised residential communities for senior citizens.
