PRANA Gets Green Light: Premium Living Blooms in GIFT City!

On July 10, 2025, the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) granted formal approval for 'PRANA', a premium residential project located at Plot 26-C, GIFT City, Gandhinagar.

The project will be developed by Nila Urban Living, a subsidiary in which the parent company holds a 90% equity stake. The approval, issued under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, enables the company to officially launch commercial operations, marketing, and customer engagement for the project.

Situated in GIFT City, India’s first operational smart city and international financial services hub, PRANA is poised to benefit from its strategic location and rising demand for high-quality urban living spaces.
