Nimbus Group's ₹1,000 Crore Luxury Project Arrives in Noida

Nimbus Group will invest approximately ₹1,000 crore in a new luxury residential project, Arista Luxe, located in Sector-168, Noida.

The project is a co-development of a previously stalled 10-acre housing venture originally launched by Sunworld Residency in 2011–12. It will comprise 342 premium apartments, priced between ₹4 crore and ₹8 crore.

The first phase, spread over six acres, has already seen the delivery of around 600 units. In the next phase, four new towers will be developed on the remaining four-acre parcel. Of the total investment, ₹500 crore has been allocated for construction, with additional funds earmarked to settle outstanding dues with the Noida Development Authority and to compensate Sunworld for land-related costs.

Launched at a price range of ₹16,000–18,000 per sq. ft., the project targets end-users, with a phased sales strategy aligned with the gradual but steady demand in Noida and Greater Noida’s luxury housing segment.

Nimbus Group, which has already delivered over 8,000 homes in the region, continues to be actively involved in multiple residential developments. The project also reflects the success of the Noida Authority’s co-developer policy, which aims to revive and complete stalled real estate projects across the city.
