Gulshan Empire: Wave City’s Newest ₹1,000 Cr Luxury Haven

Gulshan Group introduces Gulshan Empire, an elite residential development situated in the rapidly growing Wave City, Ghaziabad. Backed by a total investment of approximately ₹1,000 crore, this premium 5.5-acre, single-phase project comprises 500 luxurious apartments and is projected to achieve sales realizations exceeding ₹1,200 crore.

Designed for modern end-users, the project offers spacious 3-BHK and 4-BHK residences (complete with helper rooms) starting at ₹2.20 crore and ₹3.00 crore, respectively. The initial launch encompasses roughly 9 lakh sq. ft. of prime residential space. Fully aligned with RERA timelines for completion by 2031, the project is funded through internal accruals, institutional financing, and sales proceeds.
