Fly High with YEIDA: Plots Near Jewar Airport

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has unveiled a new affordable housing scheme—RPS-09/2025—offering 276 residential plots of 200 sq. mtrs each in Sector-18, Pocket-9B, along the Yamuna Expressway, close to the upcoming Jewar Airport and Noida International Airport in Greater Noida.

Targeted at individuals, farmers, industrial workers, and NRIs, the plots will be allotted on a 90-year lease strictly for residential use. The base price is Rs 35,000 per sq. mtr, with a 5% premium applicable for corner plots, park-facing plots, and those adjacent to wider roads.

YEIDA holds full land ownership, and development is slated for completion within five years, with possession to be handed over five years post-development. Given its strategic location near major infrastructure projects like Jewar Airport and the proposed Film City, the scheme offers strong potential for long-term investment.

Plot allotment will be conducted through a transparent draw of lots. Special quotas are reserved for farmers whose land was acquired by YEIDA and for functional industrial units, providing them priority access to the scheme.
