Capacit'e Bags ₹295 Crore Mumbai Mega Project

Capacit’e Infraprojects has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) worth Rs 295 crore from Indus Co-operative Housing Society for the construction of a major residential and commercial development at CS No. 2/4, Saltpan Division, Shivadi–Chembur Road, Wadala, Mumbai-31.

The project involves the development of Residential with Allied Commercial Building No. 01 and Residential Building No. 02, further strengthening Capacit’e’s footprint in Mumbai’s high-value real estate sector.

This order enhances the company’s robust order book and underscores its proven capability in executing large-scale, complex residential infrastructure projects. Capacit’e continues to focus strategically on urban development, delivering integrated construction solutions that combine residential and commercial elements.
