Brigade Bets Big on Chennai with ₹2,100 Cr 'Morgan Heights' Project

Brigade Enterprises has announced the launch of a new residential project in Chennai, titled ‘Brigade Morgan Heights’, with an expected revenue of ₹2,100 crore. Spanning 14.7 acres along the Sholinganallur–Medavakkam Road, the project will feature 1,250 housing units.

Developed under a Joint Development Agreement (JDA), the project has a total development potential of 2.2 million sq. ft. (22 lakh sq. ft.). In a regulatory filing, the company stated that the Gross Development Value (GDV) of the project is approximately ₹2,100 crore.

Commenting on the launch, Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, said, “Chennai continues to be a vital market for Brigade Group, and this expansion aligns with our vision of delivering high-quality residential developments in emerging urban corridors.”
