BL Kashyap Builds Trinity's ₹510 Cr Gurugram Dream

Trinity has awarded a construction contract worth Rs 510 crore to BL Kashyap and Sons for the development of Sky Palazzo Residences, its flagship premium residential project located in Sector 88B, Gurugram, Haryana.

The high-end development will feature luxurious amenities, including a man-made beach, a state-of-the-art clubhouse, dedicated wellness zones, and expansive recreational spaces—designed to offer a truly upscale living experience. The first phase of the project will deliver 345 apartments, forming part of Trinity’s broader investment of Rs 1,200 crore in the complete development.

Residential group housing continues to be a core focus for Trinity, with the National Capital Region (NCR) identified as a key market poised for infrastructure-driven growth.
