Arvind SmartSpaces has announced a new residential horizontal development project in South Ahmedabad through a joint development agreement (JDA), further strengthening its presence in the growing plotted development segment.
The project is strategically located on the Kerala-Nalsarovar Road corridor in Metal village, Sanand taluk, and spans approximately 58.25 acres. It offers a saleable area of around 2.5 million square feet and has an estimated revenue potential of about ₹180 crore.
The development is expected to cater to the increasing demand for plotted residential communities, second homes, and weekend living destinations in the region. According to the company, the Kerala-Nalsarovar Road corridor is emerging as a promising residential micro-market, supported by improving infrastructure, enhanced connectivity, and growing consumer preference for low-density living environments.
Leveraging its experience in plotted developments and villa communities, Arvind SmartSpaces aims to capitalize on these market trends while expanding its footprint in Ahmedabad’s evolving real estate landscape. The company believes the project aligns well with changing homebuyer preferences toward larger open spaces and lifestyle-oriented residential developments.
Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Ahmedabad, Arvind SmartSpaces is part of the Lalbhai Group and has established a diversified real estate portfolio across residential, commercial, and plotted developments. The company has developed and launched projects spanning approximately 100.1 million square feet across key markets including Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Bengaluru, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), and Pune.
The latest project further strengthens Arvind SmartSpaces’ development pipeline and reinforces its focus on expanding in high-growth residential markets through asset-light and partnership-driven development models.
