A ₹300 Crore Vision: Brigade Group Launches Misty Greens

Brigade Group has launched Brigade Misty Greens, a premium residential project in Mysuru through a Joint Development Agreement (JDA). Spread across 4.5 acres, the development has an estimated revenue potential of over ₹300 crore.

The project comprises spacious three- and four-bedroom apartments along with 14 exclusive duplex units, designed to offer modern living with premium amenities and strong connectivity. The launch reinforces Brigade Group's presence in Mysuru, where it has developed more than 26 residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, further expanding its footprint in South India's growing real estate market.
