₹143 Crore Patna Housing Project - NBCC EPC Bid

NBCC (India) Ltd. has invited bids for the development of its Phase-II residential housing complex on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis at Bahadurpur, Patna, Bihar.

The project involves the construction of three residential towers (Tower-I, II, and III – each with Stilt + 10 floors), along with EWS and LIG housing units (Stilt + 11 floors). Additional facilities include a clubhouse, podium with a swimming pool, parking areas, sewage treatment plant (STP), underground water tank, pump room, water treatment plant (WTP), boundary wall, entry gate with gate office, and an electrical sub-station.

Built-up area: Approx. 35,744.36 sq. mtrs.

Land area: Approx. 10,651.15 sq. mtrs. (2.632 acres)

Estimated cost: Rs 143.41 crore

Project timeline: 18 months for completion

Operation & Maintenance: 5 years post-construction

Bid submission deadline: 02 June 2025.
