ESIC Invites Bids for Mega ₹239.84 Crore Residential Redevelopment

The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has invited bids for the demolition of 364 existing staff quarters and the construction of 717 new residential units in Noida.

The project, estimated at ₹239.84 crore, will be executed on a deposit basis with a project management consultancy (PMC) overseeing planning, design, and implementation. The scope includes architectural and engineering services, demolition of old structures, and construction of new residential buildings.

The proposed housing complex will be developed on an 8.20-acre site in Sector 56, Noida, and is planned as a sustainable, environmentally compliant campus in line with GPRA norms. Key components include RCC-framed residential buildings, water supply infrastructure such as overhead tanks and underground reservoirs, and fire-fighting systems. A solid waste management system will also be incorporated to support residential needs.

The project has a completion timeline of 42 months, with bids scheduled to close on May 14, 2026.
