The proposal to expand the Lucknow Metro to Rashtra Prerna Sthal is gaining momentum. Following a government review on July 13, officials are now evaluating the 3.3 km extension, which would connect beyond the upcoming Phase 2 (Charbagh-Dubagga) line. With an estimated investment of Rs 750 crore, the project aims to meet rising visitor demand at the landmark. Authorities are currently prioritizing technical and financial feasibility studies to move the project toward final approval.
