Eleven Power to Invest ₹4,700 Cr in Gurugram-Nuh Grid

Eleven, a diversified business group, has announced plans to invest more than ₹4,700 crore to develop a renewable energy-driven electricity distribution network across Gurugram and Nuh districts in Haryana.

The project, to be executed through its power distribution subsidiary Eleven Power, is expected to be one of the largest private investments in Haryana's power distribution sector. The proposed network aims to strengthen electricity distribution while integrating renewable energy into the power supply system.

According to the company, funding for the first phase has been fully secured, with the required equity already infused and the overall financing structure, comprising both equity and debt, in place. Eleven Power has submitted an application to the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) seeking a parallel distribution licence for Gurugram and Nuh. The project will move forward upon approval of the licence by the Commission.
