ACME Solar x SJVN: A 450 MW Renewable Power Play

ACME Solar Holdings Limited (BSE: 544283, NSE: ACMESOLAR) has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Greentech Seventh Private Limited, has signed two Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with SJVN Limited for a cumulative capacity of 450 MW under a Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project.

The PPAs cover capacities of 300 MW and 150 MW, both awarded at a tariff of ₹6.74 per unit.

Under the terms of the agreements, the Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date (SCSD) is March 1, 2028. The contracts will remain in force for 25 years from the SCSD, providing long-term revenue stability and cash flow visibility for the company.

SJVN Limited will serve as the domestic offtaker for the project, which aligns with ACME Solar’s broader strategy to expand its portfolio of firm and dispatchable renewable energy assets across India.
