Shanker Fuels has secured a Rs 47.96 crore coal loading and transportation contract for the Khadia Project under Northern Coalfields (NCL). Spanning three years, the project involves handling and transporting 90 lakh tonnes of coal from the Purewa Top and Purewa Bottom surface miner faces using contractor-deployed tipping trucks. The initiative aims to enhance fuel logistics and optimize surface coal evacuation efficiency while maintaining strict safety and regulatory standards.
