HPCL Tender Alert: Civil Works for Visakh–Raipur Pipeline

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has invited bids for civil and structural works associated with the Visakh–Raipur pipeline project.

The tender covers critical infrastructure activities required for the development of the petroleum pipeline network between Visakhapatnam and Raipur. The scope of work includes the execution of civil and structural components necessary for the laying and support of pipeline infrastructure, ensuring operational safety, durability, and efficiency.

Interested bidders are required to participate in the competitive bidding process in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements outlined by HPCL. The project is expected to strengthen fuel transportation logistics and improve energy distribution efficiency across the Visakh–Raipur corridor.

This initiative forms part of HPCL’s broader strategy to expand and modernise its pipeline infrastructure, supporting long-term energy security and supply chain optimisation.

The last date for submission of bids is April 29, 2026.
