Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has issued a tender for civil, underground (UG), and site-enabling works at its Mahul refinery in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The mandate focuses on structural and excavation tasks required to construct the petro resid fluidized catalytic cracking (PRFCC) unit. Successful bidders will supply all necessary equipment and machinery over a 23-month execution window, counted from the letter of award or purchase order date.
