WeWork India has announced plans to expand its Hyderabad operations by adding 3,300 desks by June 2026.
The expansion, backed by an investment of Rs 100 crore funded through a combination of debt and internal accruals, aims to meet the rising demand for co-working spaces in the city and enhance the company’s operational capacity. Currently, WeWork India has a total desk capacity of 1,21,638, with a utilisation rate of 83.9 percent. The new addition is expected to significantly support the growing demand for flexible office spaces in Hyderabad.
A company spokesperson noted, “The expansion aims to cater to the rising demand and continue to offer world-class co-working solutions.” The move highlights WeWork India’s commitment to strengthening its footprint in India’s expanding co-working market, particularly in Hyderabad.
