Tirupati One: A Rs 400 Crore Game-Changer for Local Tourism

Tirupati is set to transform into a major hub for business and culture with the upcoming 'Tirupati One' project. The Andhra Pradesh government has officially allocated 21.10 acres of prime land in Damineedu village to the APTDC for this landmark initiative.

Spearheaded by a consortium of DivyaSree Holdings and Cybercity Builders & Developers with an investment of Rs 400 crore, this MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) destination will feature world-class convention facilities, exhibition centers, and luxury hospitality. Strategically located near the Tiruchanur temple along the national highway, the project aims to boost tourism infrastructure while ensuring the sustainable protection of local water bodies and public amenities.
