The Buzz is Growing: BHIVE’s Second Whitefield Campus Is Here

BHIVE has expanded its presence in Whitefield with the launch of its second campus at Concorde Econex.

Located about two minutes from Seetharam Palya Metro Station, the Grade A G+6 commercial development spans nearly 1.4 lakh square feet and can accommodate more than 3,000 seats. The collaboration with Concorde, valued at around Rs 16 crore annually, is aimed at startups, large enterprises, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs), focusing on experience-driven and future-ready workspaces.

The campus offers multiple workspace formats, including day passes, private cabins, deluxe cabins, and fully managed enterprise solutions. It also features arrival lounges, business lounges, premium lounges, breakout zones, quiet phone booths, standing pods, multiple pantries, and multi-floor green decks, with a strong focus on wellness, fresh air, and sustainable design.

The top floor includes lifestyle amenities such as a pickleball court with shower facilities and a publicly accessible terrace café. BHIVE also plans to open a café at the ground level, positioning the campus as both a modern workspace hub and a community destination within Whitefield.
