AMS has expanded its first India-based Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Pune, highlighting the country’s increasing strategic role in its global operations.
The expansion aligns with AMS’ plans to scale its India workforce to meet rising demand across regions such as EMEA, APAC, the Americas, and the UK. It also reflects a broader trend of India emerging as a key GCC hub, driven by access to skilled talent, digital capabilities, and scalable delivery models.
The Pune centre will support a wide range of client services, including RPO sourcing and administration, business intelligence, talent intelligence, analytics-led execution, and digital enablement. It will operate on a 24x5 model to efficiently serve global clients across multiple time zones.
This move further positions India as a central pillar in AMS’ global delivery strategy.
