The Andhra Pradesh government has officially allotted 10 acres of land in Yendada, Visakhapatnam, for the development of a new World Trade Center (WTC). The land has been granted to BVM Energy and Residency Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Kapil Group.
With an investment of ₹1,250 crore, the project will include Grade-A+ office and co-working spaces, a green zone, and a star-rated hotel. The upcoming WTC is projected to generate up to 15,000 jobs, significantly contributing to the region’s economic growth.
The allocation is part of a larger 30-acre parcel earmarked for the WTC development.
