RITES Scores ₹46.82 Cr Turnkey Deal for Karnataka Colleges!

RITES Ltd has been awarded a significant ₹46.82 crore contract (excluding GST) for the construction and renovation of Government First Grade Colleges across multiple locations in Karnataka, under the PM-USHA Scheme. The order was placed by the Department of Collegiate and Technical Education (DCTE), Office of the Commissioner, Unnatha Shikshna Soudha, Seshadri Road, Bengaluru.

Originally envisioned as a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignment, the project has now been converted into a turnkey contract, assigning RITES full responsibility for both the execution of civil works and the associated project costs, including its professional fees.

This conversion to a turnkey model highlights RITES Ltd’s expanding role in delivering end-to-end infrastructure solutions, particularly in the education sector, and further reinforces its credentials as a trusted partner for government-led development initiatives.
