Parul University in Gujarat has teamed up with Ankur Scientific to roll out an on-campus waste-to-energy initiative. Operating like a mini-city for over 50,000 students and staff, the university is tackling its waste right at the source. Using Ankur Scientific's thermochemical technology, campus waste is converted into producer gas for fuel and thermal needs, cutting down on landfill hauling and lowering emissions.
