Paras Defence: Leading the Charge in Aerospace Testing

Paras Defence and Space Technologies has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Complus Systems and JV Micronics to jointly explore opportunities in anechoic and semi-anechoic chamber solutions for defence and aerospace applications.

The partnership will cover the design, development, manufacturing, installation, and servicing of these specialised testing chambers across domestic and international markets. Under the agreement, Paras Defence will act as the consortium leader, overseeing overall design, manufacturing, installation, business development, and strategic direction.

Complus Systems will provide technical expertise in instrumentation procurement, engineering support, and project execution, while JV Micronics will focus on manufacturing and integration, particularly for RF absorbers and related components. Complus Systems, an India-based firm specialising in electromagnetic interference (EMI), RF, and antenna measurement systems, brings significant domain expertise to the collaboration.

The alliance aims to combine the strengths of all three partners to address the growing demand for advanced testing infrastructure in defence and high-technology sectors.

The collaboration is expected to enhance India’s capabilities in high-end defence testing solutions, boost domestic manufacturing, and expand global opportunities for specialised anechoic chamber systems used in precision electromagnetic testing environments.
