Noida Authority's ₹390 Cr Administrative Hub Nears Completion

The Noida Authority’s new administrative office complex in Sector-96, under construction since 2016, is now slated for completion by September 2025, according to Chief Engineer Vijay Rawal. Initially approved at ₹304 crore, the project’s cost has risen to ₹390 crore due to retrofitting, design changes, and upgraded finishes, with the revised budget sanctioned on June 14, 2025.

Proposed in 2013 on a six-acre site, the project includes two towers—an 18-storey commercial block (Tower 1) and an eight-storey office building (Tower 2). The original construction contract, worth ₹232 crore, was awarded in 2016. Project delays and rising infrastructure demands have since extended timelines and increased costs.

Currently, 95% of civil work and 90% of electrical work are complete. Officials are confident of meeting the revised deadline, with preparations underway for an inauguration by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Located along the Bhangel elevated road, the complex is set to strengthen Noida’s administrative infrastructure and enhance public service delivery.
