Lulu IT Twin Towers: A New Era for Kerala's Commercial Landscape

The Lulu IT Twin Towers, set to be inaugurated on June 28 at SmartCity, Kakkanad, are expected to significantly reshape Kerala’s commercial and IT landscape. Developed at a cost of ₹1,500 crore over 12.74 acres, the 152-meter-high towers offer a combined 3.5 million sq. ft. of premium office space—making them the tallest IT twin towers in South India.

Designed as a next-generation tech ecosystem, the towers feature advanced infrastructure including the world’s largest robotic parking system, extensive recreational spaces, a large food court, and integrated sustainability solutions. “With 33 floors, including three levels dedicated to parking, the towers are an IT park in themselves—grand in both scale and concept,” said Abhilash Valiyavalappil, CEO and Director of Lulu IT Parks.

Currently, 10% of the space has been leased by four companies, with discussions ongoing with several others. The project aims to serve as a key business hub and attract top global IT firms, positioning itself as the largest single commercial development in Kerala.
