Greenlam Industries has announced an investment of ₹1,147 crore to establish a state-of-the-art high-pressure laminate and particle board manufacturing facility in Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh. Once operational, it will be South India’s largest facility of its kind, catering to the growing demand in the engineered wood and home décor segments.
The project is being supported by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, with a ₹329 crore incentive package, representing over 30% of the total project cost. The facility will have an annual production capacity of:
7 million sheets of high-pressure laminates
2.9 lakh cubic metres of wood-based particle boards
To ensure world-class quality and efficiency, Greenlam will install a technologically advanced Continuous Press System from Dieffenbacher, Germany—the only one of its kind in South India. The plant will be built to global benchmarks for manufacturing excellence, worker safety, and environmental sustainability.
This investment strengthens Greenlam’s position as a leading player in surface and wood solutions, while boosting industrial growth in Andhra Pradesh.
